Device Operation Description

The main parameters of the hot press equipment are temperature, time and pressure, and the three elements are controlled, and the welding products are stable. The product of the heat press welding is generally, PCB/FPC/FFC these several kinds of products are connected to each other with soldering tin, so as to achieve the function.

It is very important for welding products to set the above parameters accurately. A good solder joint may make solder plentiful to weld two appearances and melt tin in the two parts. To make the above parameters cooperate effectively, the good can be welded.
